(1)Advanced design and verification of flexible pipe/umbilical cable

摘要:Nowadays, as utilization of the natural resources is gradually increasing, the sea has become the focus of attention, especially in submarine resources. In the process of exploitation of seabed resources, flexible pipe and umbilical play an important role. In complex sea conditions, the mechanical properties of flexible pipe and umbilical are difficult to determine, so it has been a challenge to estimate the reliability of flexible pipeline and umbilical. The report will give an overview of the flexible pipeline and umbilical.
For the flexible pipe, including cross-section build-up and layer characteristics, design procedures ref. ISO standard, failure modes for steel layers, stress components, axisymmetric behavior, collapse, local buckling and birdcaging of tensile armours.
For the umbilical, including cross-section build-up, cross-section analysis models,theory of the 2D software Uflex, comparison with literature data, comparison with test data, theory of the 3D software Usap and comparison with test data.

Svein Saevik,挪威科技大学(NTNU)海洋技术学院教授。作为一名优秀学者,Svein Saevik教授有近几十年的海洋管缆工程设计与分析经验,并且20多年来一直致力于开发关于海洋柔性立管及脐带缆的应力及疲劳分析模型,其工作成果已经软件化,并广泛应用与于相关海洋工程企业,且有极高权威性,包括法国船级社(BV),挪威-劳氏船级社(DNV-GL)在内的多家认证企业都指定其软件作为分析验证的依据,其软件成果包括:管缆整体响应分析软件-SIMLA、柔性立管疲劳应力分析软件-BFLEX、长螺距脐带缆疲劳应力分析软件-USAP及短螺距脐带缆疲劳应力分析软件-UFLEX等等。Svein Saevik教授在管缆工程领域内发表了一系列具有引领性、指导性的期刊及会议文章,并获诸多殊荣,其中包括挪威国家石油(Statoil)的最高科技创新奖项,并多次担任海洋工程领域会议(OMAE、ISOPE)管缆工程分会场主席。

报告人:叶乃全,研究员,2003年挪威海洋科技研究中心SINTEF Ocean(原MARINTEK)高级研究学者,挪威科技大学特聘博士生导师。
摘要:In order to obtain submarine resources, flexible pipe and umbilical are important equipment. But flexible pipe and umbilical are often problematic when working under the harsh sea conditions, people have invested a lot of researches on these problems. During the long study period of flexible pipe and umbilical, the structural analysis, the dynamic analysis, interference analysis and fatigue analysis have always been the important concern. Especially fatigue analysis has an important effect on the safe operation of flexible pipe and umbilical in the sea.
叶乃全,研究员,2003年挪威海洋科技研究中心SINTEF Ocean(原MARINTEK)高级研究学者,挪威科技大学特聘博士生导师。
叶乃全博士具有十多年丰富的管缆工程研究经验及项目管理经验,主要集中于海洋油气开发系统重点装备,包括柔性立管,脐带缆,动态电缆的研究,侧重复杂界面的应力、强度及疲劳分析,是该领域的国际顶级专家,发表了30余篇期刊及会议文章。担任美国石油协会(API)标准修订委员会委员,海洋与极地工程年会(ISOPE)技术委员会委员,OMAE国际大会专题论坛年度主席,多个国际重要期刊论文评审员。
叶博士负责Flexible JIP,Umbilical JIP,Pipeline JIp等多个工业界联合项目及多个工业界第三方咨询认证项目。两次(2007,2011)获得MARINTEK最佳论文奖。叶博士一直致力于挪威海工界与中国海工界的技术交流,积极介绍并引入挪威先进的海洋管缆工程技术,并建立了MARINTEK与中国海洋石油总公司(中海油)、中国石油天然气总公司(中石油)长期的项目合作,与上海电缆研究所合作关系。促进建成了MARINTEK能源部与上海船舶柴油机研究所的合作关系。叶乃全博士不但是国际海洋管缆工程界的技术权威,并且极大的促进了中国海洋工程界及高校与挪威海洋工程界的交流与合作。
